Why doesn't schedule maintenance load?

If you're experiencing issues with scheduled maintenance loading, it's typically because the VIN was not scanned or a year make and model and engine size was not selected.

Follow the steps below to see the vehicle scheduled maintenance appear.

Step 1: Select the inspection as a technician or a service advisor

Step 2: In the vehicle details page, you can see the Model / Trim level is not populated and neither is Engine Size. So it's best if we scan in the VIN.

Step 3: Once you enter the VIN, it will automatically populate the vehicle details with the year, make, model, and engine size. You can now click to view the vehicles scheduled maintenance.
