E-mail field is blank when attempting to create/change password?
When creating a new account, the e-mail field may appear to be blank and cannot be edited. If this is the case, there may be another instance of AutoServe1 logged in, or the change password request may already be used.
If you see this blank field, look at the top right corner of the web page. If it has a field indicating a person's title and name, this means a user is already logged into the browser.
If you don't see this, skip to the "Reset Password" section below.
