How to troubleshoot AutoServe1 issues

The following are basic troubleshooting steps that should be taken if you come across an issue with the device.

ANDROID

  1. Update Chrome to the latest version by clicking here to download it.
  2. Open chrome and open the additional options by clicking on the " " in the top right corner of the browser
  3. Select history from the drop down
  4. At the bottom of the page you will see a "clear browsing data" button, press it
  5. At the top of the clear browsing data page, please select "beginning of time" from the drop down.
  6. Be sure to check off browsing history, cookies and site data, and cached images and files.
  7. Then press the "clear data" button
  8. Hit the back button, and please open the login page to AutoServe1 http://app.autoserve1.com/login
  9. Sign in and you should be back to working on your digital inspections.

Additionally, please download and install the latest version of Teamviewer quicksupport:

- Google nexus version here

APPLE

  1. Be sure to update your apple device to the latest version
  2. Always use safari to access AutoServe1 on apple devices
  3. In the settings, clear safari's browser cache.
  4. Open AutoServe1's login page whenever you start your day or are stuck for more than a minute. http://app.autoserve1.com/login
  5. Sign in and you should be back to working on your digital inspections.

Additionally, please don't forget to install the latest version of Teamviewer Quick support for apple by clicking here. If you need some assistance installing, please fill out a support ticket with your inquiries here

PC

  1. Download and install Chrome & Teamviewer's latest version by clicking here.
  2. Once updated, open chrome settings, and clear the browsers cache from the beginning of time, be sure to not accidentally delete your saved passwords and logins.
  3. Open AutoServe1's login page http://app.autoserve1.com/login
    This should be done at the start of your day, or anytime you're stuck for more than a minute.
  4. Sign in and you should be back to working on AutoServe1

MAC OSx

  1. Update Safari to the latest version (do not use chrome on apple devices while using AutoServe1)
  2. Open AutoServe1's login page http://app.autoserve1.com/login
    This should be done at the start of your day, or anytime you're stuck for more than a minute.
  3. Open up your browsers settings and clear the cache
  4. Sign in and you should be back to working on AutoServe1 without any issues
